Hello!

We have been busy organising all the shipping and pleased to announce that everything (apart from ongoing late backers) have been shipped!

We did run into a spot of family health troubles which has caused us a delay in updates/email responses, but now that is hopefully resolved we are catching up!

Not Received your game?:

If you think you should have received your game by now but haven’t then please get in touch with your name and address to [email protected]

Alternatively you could contact fulfilment centres directly, QML for US, Zatu for Europe.

Late Backers:

For late backers we have been sending off your orders to fulfilment centres every 3-4 weeks, usually towards the end of the month.

EU Backers:

With the new EU tax charges - all shipments to the EU have been put on hold, this is not our decision but the postal services, so we will have to wait that out until they are ready to go again.

The ships are sailing, the boxes are moving, and we’ve got some dates to share with you, Cozy Cat goodness is on its way! 

Asia: Addresses are locked, and fulfilment is officially underway. 

USA: Shipment is due to arrive at the port 11th May 2026.

AUS/NZ: Shipment is due to arrive at the port 9th April 2026. Addresses Locking Soon.

Canada: Shipment is due to arrive at the US port 19th April 2026.

UK/Europe/ROW: Shipment is due to arrive at the ports 29th April 2026.

Good Evening Cat Cafe Entrepreneurs!

We know how excited you are to receive the game - and we’re just as excited to get it into your hands!

Shipments were delayed due to the Chinese New Year, when factories and ports close for the celebrations. Now that the well-deserved holiday has ended, production and shipping are back in motion.

We’re currently expecting the ships to depart on 10th March.

Transit to fulfilment centres typically takes 1-2 months, depending on the destination. As soon as we have more accurate timelines, we’ll share another update with you.

Additionally, Asia fulfilment will be much quicker, as it won’t require sea freight.

We want to sincerely thank you all for your patience and support during our very first board game launch. We’ve learned so much throughout this process and now have a much stronger understanding of manufacturing and logistics.

While Cozy Cat Cafe is in production and on its way, we’ve been busy working on a new small-box game launching this May - we can’t wait to show you more!

Production Update: Almost Time to Open the Cafe!

Hello!

We’ve got a little manufacturing update for you. 

Manufacturing is on track to finish this month - woohoo! 🎉

We did hit a small bump along the way with the plastic tray. We wanted it to perfectly fit both the main game and the expansion, which meant a bit of redesigning and extra testing. That work was wrapped up over the holidays, and manufacturing is now nearly complete.

Next up: shipping!

We’re currently booking shipping vessels, but with Chinese New Year just around the corner, the ports are getting busy. Because of this (and the factory closures for a very well-deserved holiday), it’s unlikely the shipment will depart before the celebrations begin.

This does mean a slight delay, but the bright side is that once the ports reopen, our games will be first in line and ready to start their journey to fulfilment centres around the world.

Finally: Pledge Manager

You’ll receive an email notifying you that your order is about to be locked while we finalise quantities for shipping, and charge cards over the next week.

You will have a few days to make any changes before orders are locked.

Shipping has now been added to your order. This includes a subsidised U.S. tariff charge - we’re covering the remaining cost.

Shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order. We’ve worked hard to get the best postage rates available (considering the average order weighs 2.5kg) and have even taken on some of the cost to help keep shipping lower.

Not long now, future cafe owners—your doors will be opening soon!
